  • Increased energy
  • Excessively High

  • Abuse of drugs and alcohol

Symptoms of a depressive episode include: 
  • Lasting sad, anxious, or empty mood.
  • Feelings of hopelessness
  • Feelings of guilt or worthlessness
  • Decreased energy
  • Sleeping too much
